Client: Restaurant Sjömagasinet, is an fine dining seafood and award-winning restaurant (1 star in the Michelin Guide). Ulf Wagner, together with Gustav Trägårdh, presents both classic and innovative styles.
Ulf's philosophy is the total dining experience - "I believe that a meal has three dimensions; food, beverage and spiritual satisfaction, the atmosphere encompassing the total experience."
Project: Full Hospitality Package with Brand and Concept Development Including Interior Design advice. Visual identity - logo, colors, imagery, fonts and graphics. Communication and Design including menus, signage and website. Everything delivered in a solid Playbook, as guideline and inspiration for internal and external usage.
